PRICING
For a variety of reasons, including manufacturer restrictions,
technical issues, and constant fluctuations in exchange rates, Brazil
Baroque reserves the right to change prices for products displayed
in the price lists at any time; discontinue products without notice;
change the terms and conditions of sale at any time.
ORDERING
There are three easy steps to process your order.
Step 1 - Credit Application
If you are a new showroom partner, please complete the Credit
Application and submit it by email or print and fax it to us. Once
your application is approved, our sales representative in your
area will contact you. If you are an existing showroom partner,
skip this step and go on to Step 2.

Step 2 – Order Forms Please complete the Order Form and email or fax it to us. Upon
receipt of your order form, the sales representative in your area
will contact you.

Step 3 – Confirmation
Notice
Once your Order is received and entered, we will send you a Confirmation
Notice with an Order Sales Number for your easy reference. The
Order is complete once your Confirmation notice has been sent
via fax.
For your convenience, digital photos can be forwarded once manufacturing
of the furniture pieces is complete.
PAYMENT
All Orders require 50% deposit. Balance will be assessed to your
dealer account. When the shipment is received at the Brazil Baroque
warehouse, you will receive an Arrival Notice. The balance is due
upon arrival of merchandize in Brazil Baroque warehouse.
All products will be shipped once balance is paid.
Orders must ship within two weeks of the Arrival Notice, or a storage fee of
$25.00 per day will be charged to your Dealer Account.

TIME FRAME
For pieces in stock in our southern California warehouse,
your order can be shipped within one week, depending on your location.
For custom orders, please allow 12 to 16 weeks from date of confirmation
notice.
DELIVERY
Prices are F.O.B. our receiving warehouse in the USA. We can assist
you for quotes for delivery to your location. Freight costs average
15% of order total.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders require a 50% deposit. Custom orders cannot
be returned. If cancelled by Customer, the 50% deposit shall be forfeited.
Balances
are due upon arrival at Santa Barbara, California, warehouse. Custom
orders are orders where sizes or design vary from our products
presented in our Designer Sourcebook or on our website. Change in
colors or
motifs are NOT custom order, unless the color
or motif varies from our current Designer Sourcebook.
CHANGES IN ORDERS
Changes in design and size cannot be made once the order is confirmed.
In most cases, changes in finishes or colors can be made within
two weeks from the date the order was confirmed. Please contact
us if you have any questions.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You may email us with your Sales Order Number to determine the status
of your Order.
CONTAINER ORDERS
If you are interested in container orders, please contact
us about our special container rates. Container orders will
be shipped directly from our Brazilian factory to your
location.
CONDITIONS
1.Title to goods remains with Brazil Baroque until full
price is paid. All sales are final.
2. Brazil Baroque reserves the right to discontinue products, finishes
and motifs without further notice.
3. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Due to the natural characteristics of the woods that we use
in our furniture (new, antique and recycled), there could be imperfections.
These Characteristics are part of the patina effect and add to
the uniqueness and beauty of our furniture. Brazil Baroque does
not offer repair of any kind.
4. All items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Brazil
Baroque contracts with specialized carriers for delivery services.
Any damage incurred during delivery from our warehouse to the Showroom
Partner location shall be resolved between the delivery company
and the showroom partner.

Price Request Form is provided to assist you in making a selection
of the pieces that
interest you while
you browse through our on-line catalog. Please complete the form,
listing all Product ID numbers of the pieces that interest you,
and email it to us. We will response with prices of each item.
If you have any other questions, please contact us.
Some of our clients prefer to print, fill it with the product ID
numbers they are interested in, and fax it to us for more information.
